LA Insider | Week of July 18, 2024: Of Sea & Sky, Frida, Off the 405, Little Joy & Shakespeare at the Zoo!

Summertime — and the living is exciting! There's so much to explore this week! In the artworld, we round-up a few gallery shows, as well as an exhibition on the cultivation and use of cochineal dye at the Fowler Museum, and an otherworldly show on space and humanity at Mount Wilson Observatory. Also on our radar, free concerts, theatre under the stars, film screenings, a chalk fest and more...
